406th/858th BSs
Hansen Crew
A better picture would be most appreciated!
Status: Replacement
crew, they arrived at Harrington shortly before the 13 Aug 44
reorganization. Hansen flew one mission in August as an
observer, the full crew flew three missions in September before the stand
down on 17 Sep 44. Hansen and a crew of four would have flown
the five gas-haul
missions Hansen is
credited for in the Operations Log. The crew had a long career at
Harrington, not departing until 8Jul45 on a course to the ZI. The crew
appears in
the Late Period Log a total of 39 times!
